Our processing of our users' personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of our users' personal data only takes place for the purposes listed below and if there is a legal basis (within the meaning of the revDSG or GDPR). We only collect personal data that is actually required for the fulfilment and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

1. provision of the website
Visitor and usage data
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:
- Information about the browser type and version used
- The user's operating system and the version used
- The user's internet service provider
- The IP address of the user
- Date and time of access
- Internet pages from which the user's system accesses our website
We store this information for a maximum period of 12 months. It is stored for reasons of data security in order to ensure the stability and operational security of our system.
Web analysis
We analyse the use of our website with the web analysis tool Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). This serves exclusively to optimise the website in terms of user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services. This data is not merged with other personal data sources or passed on to third parties.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and Art. 31, para. 2 lit. d or e revDSG.
No personal analyses are carried out. The analyses are based on anonymised data sets.
The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.
Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. We have switched off the settings "Data transfer" and "Signals". Although we can assume that the information we share with Google is not personal data for Google, it is possible that Google can use this data for its own purposes to draw conclusions about the identity of visitors, create personal profiles and link this data to the Google accounts of these persons. If you have registered with the service provider yourself, the service provider also knows you. The processing of your personal data by the service provider is then the responsibility of the service provider in accordance with its data protection provisions. The service provider only informs us how our respective website is used (no information about you personally).
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on. If there is no longer any need to process your data, we will delete your personal data after your enquiry has been dealt with.

We use Google Maps, an offer from the American company Google LLC (hereinafter "Google"), to provide a map representation of our location (Art. 6 para. 1 let. f GDPR and Art. 31, para. 2 let. d or e revDSG). Google is certified under both the EU-US Privacy Shield and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield, thereby guaranteeing adequate data protection. Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts, an offer from the American Google LLC (hereinafter "Google"), in order to be able to integrate selected fonts into the website (Art. 6 para. 1 let. f GDPR and Art. 31, para. 2 lit. d or e revDSG). Google is certified under both the EU-US Privacy Shield and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield, thereby guaranteeing adequate data protection. III Data security
We use widespread transport encryption (SSL/TLS) within the website visit in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You can recognise whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.
We also use other suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us is contrary to the applicable data protection provisions, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
