Our large, bright rooms are located on the premises of the Regional Care Center Baden AG (RPB). We have moved into the former therapy rooms with large window fronts. The two spacious group rooms, “Tukan” and “Pfau,” are individually designed by each group, allowing every child to identify with their group.

Different areas cater to the various needs of the children. A cozy quiet corner with cushions, books, and blankets invites children to retreat. In the role-play corner, friendships develop among the children. The project corner is decorated and developed according to the annual theme, offering something new to discover. Our creative area is used intensively for experimenting and designing.

An adjoining room houses the internal kitchen, a meeting table, and the baby area for the youngest children. The adjoining sleeping area is used for the lunch break, but a baby can also rest there in a bassinet or crib outside of lunch hours if needed.

The floor-to-ceiling windows invite children to watch the street and garden. Separate changing areas offer privacy from outside views while remaining visible from the group area. The spacious rooms provide ample storage for play equipment, creating a tidy, clean environment.

Since construction work began on the RPB site in summer 2023, the building site has sparked great curiosity among the children. It offers many opportunities for exciting observations and discovering small and large changes, which we constantly incorporate into our nursery routine. The construction work also inspired us to choose the building site as our theme for 2023.
